Woodland Park Lodges Ellesmere, Ellesmere

I had a wonderful Easter weekend getaway at this scenic lodge. The Birch Lodge was immaculate and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and cozy living area. However, the hot tub was nice but we didn't use it, and the remoteness might not be for everyone. The experience was overall enjoyable, and I'd definitely consider returning.

We had a wonderful stay at Birch Lodge, surrounded by beautiful woodland and a peaceful atmosphere. The lodge was rustic yet charming, and the comfortable beds made for a relaxing getaway. While we absolutely loved the hot tub and the cleanliness of the lodge, we did find the Wi-Fi connection slow and a couple of bathroom facilities could use an upgrade. Overall, it was a fantastic retreat, and we can’t wait to return again soon.

We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful touches like dog treats and a cozy hot tub. However, the bed configuration made for a less than perfect night's sleep which was disappointing. Overall, it's a fantastic value for a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

I just returned from a wonderful week at Woodland Park Lodges. The cabin was clean, spacious, and surrounded by nature, making it a perfect retreat. The hot tub was a delightful addition, and the peaceful atmosphere was just what we needed. However, I did wish for a couple more kitchen utensils, like a measuring jug and deeper bowls, but it didn't detract from our overall satisfaction.

My stay was quite the mix—while the accommodation itself was very clean and spacious, I was really disappointed by the way the park was run. There seemed to be no enforcement of the no group policy, which led to loud parties that ruined our peaceful weekend. It's a shame because the place had potential for a relaxing getaway in a lovely area near Ellesmere.
